A rum based cocktail, filled with delicious mint either muddled or slapped to enhance the flavours of this summer drink.
Ingredients Per Serving
- Hiball glass & a shaker
- 10 mint leaves
- ¾ measure sugar syrup
- 2 measures Havana Especial Rum
- 1 measure lime juice
- Soda water to top up
- Add mint, sugar syrup and lime juice in shaker
- Muddle gently
- Add ice to fill shaker
- Add rum to shaker
- Shake hard
- Double strain into hiball filled with ice (crushed if possible)
- Top up with soda to taste
- Garnish with mint and a lime wedge
