Service Description

What do you get for your ticket: • 1 x double G&T upon Arrival • Further Gin tastings • One bottle of your own gin recipe distilled / bottled and labelled • A recipe sheet that will be kept securely for further distillation and fulfillment upon request • 3 hours of fun, using your own allocated 2.5L copper alembic still and botanicals Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with a G&T (drivers will be given a soft drink and their gin to take away to savour when not driving), with small volume tasting of other gins, thereafter followed by an interactive discussion about botanicals and recipes. An individual recipe for each guest will be developed under one-to-one tutelage and "Still skills"- for personal use of the distillation facilities - will be covered in detail to allow each personal recipe to be bottled and owned with each person's new found distillation skills. Each distiller attending will take away a bottle of their own personal gin - based on their own recipe. In total, the experience will last approximately 3 hours and guests are welcome to stay afterwards in our bar to reflect upon their new found skills.
